Who we are

The invisible
system behind
extraordinary
lives.

sami. is Miami’s private household management service — built exclusively for high-performance individuals, executives, and families who have earned the right to stop managing the operational side of their own lives.

We are not a cleaning company. We are not an errand service. We are the right hand of the family — the person who notices the linen is low before anyone asks, who keeps the home at the exact standard the client defines, and who makes it possible for our clients to be fully present in their performance.

Every sami. placement is referral-only. The family you would work with has been carefully matched to your profile — not the other way around. That is the sami. promise: stability, discretion, and a role that fits.

Discretion
What happens inside a client’s home stays there. Always, and without exception.
Excellence
Hotel-level standards applied to a private home. Not occasionally — consistently.
Stability
Long-term placements. We match for compatibility, not convenience.
Curation
Every detail is intentional. Nothing is left to chance or improvisation.
What we believe

The people behind the door
define everything.

I
Invisibility as craft
The best household manager is the one the client never has to think about. Things are done before they are asked. Problems are solved before they are noticed.
II
Detail as respect
Noticing a framed picture that is slightly tilted, a towel that is not quite aligned — this is not perfectionism. It is respect for the people who live in this space.
III
Stability as trust
Families do not give their home to just anyone. When they do, they need to know that person will be there — dependable, consistent, and committed long-term.
The position

Everything the
home needs,
every day.

This is a full-scope household management role. You are the operational backbone of the home — the person who ensures that every standard is maintained, every detail is addressed, and every daily need is anticipated before it becomes a request.

The schedule is Monday to Friday or Monday to Saturday (8 hours per day), depending on the specific needs of the family you are placed with. Below is the complete scope of responsibilities.

Home & Order
  • Full home inventory every Friday (or last day of week) — food, personal care, cleaning products, and any items that need replacement or repair
  • Daily maintenance cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, dusting frames, bottles, decorations, ventilation, and windows as needed
  • Visual organization of the home — drawers, surfaces, shoes, anything out of place
  • Dish washing and kitchen maintenance
  • Mail management: open envelopes, break down boxes, leave correspondence on the desk
  • Notify the sami. team of any damage or items needing repair
Linen & Laundry
  • Bed linen change every two days
  • Daily replenishment of fresh towels, hotel-style presentation
  • Laundry, ironing, and organized put-away — done daily to maintain workflow and avoid volume buildup
Daily Life Support
  • Prepare medications and/or injections ready for administration, when required
  • Breakfast preparation, snack service, or warming of prepared meals, as requested
  • Pet care: feeding, 20-minute walks or access to yard if applicable
  • Table set-up and breakdown for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner, according to the family’s chosen schedule

Weekly Inventory

Nothing runs out.
Ever.

On the last day of every week, a complete home audit: food, personal care, cleaning products, and anything that needs replacing or repairing. The family never has to notice what they don’t have.

Requirements

What we need
from you.

Attention to detail
You notice things that others walk past. A tilted frame, a nearly empty bottle, a drawer left slightly open. You do not need to be told twice, and you do not wait for instructions on the obvious.
Discretion, always
You understand that what happens in a private home is entirely confidential. You do not share, discuss, or comment on the family’s life outside the walls of their home.
Active and physical
This is a physically active role. You move constantly, carry, organize, clean, and manage. You approach the physical demands of the job with energy, not effort.
Looking for stability
We place people for the long term. We are looking for candidates who want a lasting professional home, not a transitional position. If you are looking for stability, so are we.
What you receive

A role that
respects you.

sami. placements are not just jobs. They are long-term professional relationships built on mutual respect, clarity, and the understanding that the person maintaining an extraordinary home deserves an extraordinary arrangement in return.

Paid vacation
Paid time off included. The details are confirmed at time of placement and are built into every sami. contract.
Long-term placement
We do not place people short-term. Every match is built for longevity — for the family and for you.
Sami. team support
You are not alone. You have a direct line to the sami. team for anything the home needs that goes beyond day-to-day management.
Who we’re looking for

The sami. person.

This is not a profile that can be manufactured. Either it resonates with you or it does not. If it does, we want to meet you.

You take pride in an impeccably maintained space — not because someone is watching, but because that is simply your standard.
You are low-profile by nature. You do not need to be seen. You need to be effective.
You are proactive, not reactive. You identify what is needed before it is asked.
You understand that consistency is the skill. Anyone can do something well once. You do it well every single day.
You are looking for a professional home, not a temporary stop. Stability matters to you.
You can handle animals and pets comfortably and with care, when the family has them.
